That routine is hard on a battery: summer heat near 40 C for months, slow traffic with the AC running, and short evening trips that never put back what the starter took. When a car refuses to start on a basement level, pushing it to a shop is not realistic. The battery has to come to the car.
A call-out begins with a phone call or a WhatsApp message. We ask for the make, model and year of the car and for your location: a map pin, the tower name, the parking level. You get a quote before the technician sets off. Inside Al Taawun the drive usually takes 20 to 35 minutes, longer when Al Ittihad Road is jammed or an event is on at Expo Centre. At the car, the battery and charging system are tested first. A new battery is fitted only if the old one has failed, and the old one goes for recycling.
